Hand washing demands very little but obvious precautions in order not to break or to scratch the crystal in a sink or against a tap. Take off your wedding-ring or rings that might damage it. It is important to prepare decanters and crystal water jugs for the first use filling them up with lemon juice and water in equal parts, emptying and rinsing them 24 hours later.
Wash your LADY G crystal on a safe base, better if made of plastic, with warm water, use a sponge or a soft cloth. Drying needs adelicate touch in order to avoid bending the silver applied to the crystal. LADY G sterling silver does not need any particular care, having it been covered with a special transparent varnish that makes it unalterable with the passing of the time.
A grey coating, which may occur when the glass is not used for a long time, can be wiped off by a linen cloth.
Remember that crystal is sensitive to very hot or very cold temperatures, this may create risks of irreparable damages.
